“VJU Summer Program 2019” will take place in and around Hanoi, from 18 to 28 August with an aim at providing a distinguished occasion to international students to greatly experience in Vietnam. This year, 27 Japanese students from Ritsumeikan University, the University of Tokyo, Toyohashi University of Technology, Fukushima University and KOSEN will join our program.

To support the Japanese students to experience their once-in-a-lifetime holiday at Vietnam, we are calling for student volunteers from Vietnamese universities to join “Summer Program 2019”.

The details and conditions are as below.

Students staying at hotel with Japanese students

Duties: Stay in Twin Room with Japanese student to support their lives in Hanoi (especially for dinner), emergency contacts to VJU.

Hotel breakfasts are served.

Period: Night from 18 August until 28 August

Students: 01 Male student

Students going to Ha Long Bay 

Duties: Guide, support, emergency contact & experience the natural beauty of UNESCO World Heritage, Ha Long Bay

Periods:  August 23rd 2019

Participation fee: 600.000 VND (Touring to Ha Long Bay)

Students going to Ninh Binh 

Duties: Support Japanese students, explore amazing Ninh Binh (sightseeing Bai Dinh, Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, Trang An Cruising, Phat Diem Cathedral)

Periods: From afternoon of 25 – evening of 26 August

Meals are served.

10 VJU students (male & female)

Stay with Japanese student

Participation fee: 1.000.000VND

*The tour follows the Japanese Standard.

*All students get a great support from VJU.
