The ceremony was attended by Vice President Lam Quang Dong, Dean of the Korean Language & Culture Tran Thi Huong, and its lecturers and staff. On the side of Samsung Electronics Vietnam, Mr. Kim Byeong Sam – Deputy General Director in charge of Human Resources, Mr. Min Bo Kyeong – HR Manager, Mr. Lai Hoang Dung – Training Manager and especially 18 students of the course attended the ceremony.

Delivering his remarks at the ceremony, Vice President Lam Quang Dong hoped that the students would continue to explore and discover new knowledge, make efforts to practice and apply what they had learned at ULIS during the working process. He also hoped that the students would become a “bridge” to span the ever-growing relationship between ULIS and the Company.

On behalf of Samsung Electronics Vietnam, Mr. Kim Byeong Sam appreciated the effectiveness of Korean language courses taught by ULIS teachers. He affirmed that the success of the Company over the years was certainly distributed by these training activities with its partners, including ULIS.

The Korean language course for elite employees of Samsung Electronics began to take place in 2014 and so far, the University and the Company have successfully organized 13 courses with the attendance of more than 200 students.
