- The thesis summarizes the process and some achievements of Narratology research, the process of applying the theory of Narratology to research literature in Vietnam.

- The thesis summarizes and applies the theory of Narratology to research To Hoai' works, with the combination of two approaches: Structuralist Narratology (the aspects of structure, narrative viewpoints, storyteller, language, tone ...) and Structuralist Narratology (from a cultural perspective), contributing to a more comprehensive and objective assessment and assessment of careers and contributions of To Hoai for modern Vietnamese literature.

Make references for learning activities, research and teaching literature in high schools or professional schools in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities.
