11. Summary of the thesis new contributions:

Theoretically, I systematized concepts and knowledge about the quality management, applying for educational process management in Associate of Information Technology Degree. Developing a theory about education management and educational process management in all of Information Technology Degree which guarantees the quality and effectiveness of creating human resources for the Information Technology industry.

In reality, I assembled an effective educational process management’s basic contents, including: guaranteed effectiveness model, references of management contents, based-references processes. All of them use for Information Technology education and Associate of Information Technology Degree.

Propose some solutions and practical solutions to the management of vocational training in colleges of information technology, including solutions for contents of management of vocational training in information technology college degree; Solutions for quality assurance colleges.

Successfully organized a number of solutions to manage the IT training process of college level approach to quality assurance at Hanoi Vocational College of High Technology.

12. Applicability in practice: Industrial training process management application, especially in quality ensuring for current context.

13. Further research directions: Studying the development of toolkit to evaluate and measure in detail whole process of quality assurance in vocational training.
