- The thesis introduces the definition of Ho Chi Minh’s thought on the inspection and supervision of the Party; The concept of applying Ho Chi Minh's thought to the inspection and supervision work of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

- The thesis systematizes Ho Chi Minh ideological contents on the Party's inspection and supervision. Affirming the value of Ho Chi Minh ideological science on the Party's inspection and supervision for the revolutionary cause of the Party and people of Vietnam.

- Based on analyzing and clarifying the real situation of applying Ho Chi Minh's thought to the Party's inspection and supervision work from 2007 till now, the thesis points out the issues posed to the inspection work of the current Party's supervision.

- Proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Party's inspection and supervision according to Ho Chi Minh ideology in current conditions.

12. Practical of applicability, if any:

The research results of the thesis contribute to elucidating Ho Chi Minh's thought on the Party's inspection and supervision and its application to the examination and supervision of the Communist Party of Vietnam today. At the same time, it can be used as a reference for the study, teaching and propaganda of Ho Chi Minh thought on the building and rectification of the Party in general, on the inspection, supervision and enforcement of the Party discipline in particular.
