11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

In general: The thesis is the first scientific work in Vietnam conducting intensive, comprehensive and systematic research of theoretical issues on enterprises operating in the field of notarization in Vietnam in the name of Notary Office; deriving from the nature and the function of notarization to explain the appropriate legal form applied to Notary Office; analyzing and assessing the actual status of the law related to the organizational structure and operation of the Notary Office, thereby proposing orientations and solutions to improve the law on the organizational structure of Notary Office in Vietnam.

In particular: The thesis has some highlights as follows:

Firstly, the thesis contributes to clarifying some theoretical issues on notarization, proposing amendments to the notarization concept in the spirit of the Law on Notary 2014; Especially, the thesis has clearly pointed out the necessity for identifying the function of practice and supporting the practice. This is an important scientific argument for improvement of the law on the legal form of the Notary Office.

Secondly, the thesis has clarified the actual status of regulations on the legal form of the Notary Office by analyzing and commenting about the applicable regulations related to establishment, consolidation, merging, termination of operation and transfer of the Notary Office.

Thirdly, the thesis has clearly stated the necessities and orientations for improvement of the law on the legal form of Notary Office in Vietnam.

Fourthly, the thesis has proposed the solutions to improve the law on the legal form of Notary Office in Vietnam

12. Practical applicability:

The research result of the thesis may be used as a valuable references in the course of research, amending some inadequacies of the Law on Notarization 2014 in the coming time; At the same time, it may become a reference in the research and teaching of the law on notarization in Vietnam

13. Further research directions:

Study to improve the laws on types of enterprises in Vietnam; Study to establish a compensation fund for damages in the notarization.
