11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
Firstly, the thesis analyzes the concepts of tool: morality, building the Party on morality, Ho Chi Minh ideology about building the Party on morality. By studying researches and practical activities, the thesis systematizes and analyzes the contents of Ho Chi Minh ideology about building the Party on morality; unravels the ideology’s theoretical and practical values .
Secondly, the thesis analyzes the factors affecting the task of building the Party on morality from 2011 to the present, clearly finding out the favorable impacts and difficulties, challenges; From there, to assess the current situation of building the Communist Party of Vietnam on morality according to Ho Chi Minh ideology; to analyze issues that need to be further addressed.
Thirdly, based on the theoretical framework of Ho Chi Minh ideology, the thesis analyzes the factors affecting the work of building the Party on morality in the period of 2011-2019. To evaluate achievements and limitations, to point out the causes of achievements and limitations in building the Party on morality according to Ho Chi Minh ideology. From the current situation, the thesis analyzes the arising issues that need to be further addressed.
Fourthly, the thesis predicts the situation of the world and the country which continue to impact on building the Party on morality in the vision from 2020 to 2025. Then, to propose directions and some solutions to improve the efficiency of building the Party on morality in the current period according to Ho Chi Minh ideology.
12. Practical applicability
The research results of the thesis can serve as a reference for research, teaching and learning of Ho Chi Minh ideology in political schools, universities and colleges in Vietnam
The research results of the thesis contribute to provide a basis for the practice of building a party in general and building a Party on morality in particular.
13. Further research directions
Building the Party on morality based on Ho Chi Minh ideology associated with specific functions and tasks of each branch and locality.
