Besides, the course improves student’s self-confidence in approaching the profession as a researcher, an interpreter or a teacher. This course is particularly meaningful to students pursuing economic major in English, students being trained to be interpreters and teachers.

This course study also reinforces communication writing and the ability to use English by 2nd year students according to the standard set by ESOL Cambridge's First Certificate in English. The course also improves the English reading skill, advanced reading and critical reading. The themes are about contemporary issues of the world, the concerns of students and the academic skills needed. The highlight of course is that students can select their materials and control their learning process by themselves.

These are subjects and skills related to communication in administration.

ENG2037	Tiếng Anh du lịch khách sạn	English for Tourism and Hotel Management	2	7	The course provides learners with the skills and knowledge in tourism and hotel management. Specifically, the course provides reading materials and exercises (listening, speaking, reading and writing) on topics such as tourism economics, and beauty spots of Vietnam and the region, and especially communication in English as a hotel manager, tour operator, or a tour guide. Culture communication is therefore an important part of the course.
