11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- Based on the selective overview, the thesis has specified the following affecting elements to the Hanoi Provincial Communist Party Committee leadership in developing agriculture sustainability.

- From this point, the thesis has indicated the policies and processes to develop agriculture in sustainable way by the Hanoi Provincial Communist Party Committee from 2001 to 2013.

- The thesis also has evaluated all strengths and weaknesses coming from the policies of Hanoi Provincial Communist Party Committee in leading the sustainable agriculture development.

- Furthermore, the thesis has drawn out some crucial experiences that can be applied in the leadership in developing agriculture sustainability of the Party of Hanoi City. Those experiences could be oriented for agricultural development in the next stage

Practical applicability: After completing, the thesis might be used as references for historical research in the field of Hanoi Provincial Communist Party Committee in particular and the field of Hanoi’s Agriculture History in general. At the same time, the thesis can be used as a reference for research related to this field
