10. Summary of new findings of the thesis: This thesis has achieved some new results as follows:

- The thesis has contributed to the development of theory and to the general knowledge system on the relationship between law and morality in general and in the field of marriage and family in particular.

- The thesis has studied and evaluated the current status of legal and moral relationships in the field of marriage and family in Vietnam and Korea, the two countries with similar cultural characteristics. The results of the analysis, evaluation and comparison of the study would be valuable for the two countries' legal sciences in the process of improving the law in line with the current open world conditions. Western values ​​applied to Korea will be a lesson for Vietnam to continue the integration process; traditional values ​​of Vietnam will be a valuable source of information for Korea to absorb, adding more values to the modern legal science;

- Differences in the legal science approach of the two countries in the field of of marriage and family will contribute significantly to the study and settlement of specific issues for the two countries in the bilateral and multilateral relations whereas people moving and relations are expanding day by day among countries.

The results of the research can be used as reference materials in research and training institutions; a reference for the competent authorities of the two countries of Vietnam and Korea in the process of organizing the construction and implementation of the Law of marriage and family

12. Further research directions:

In addition to the theoretical and practical issues related to the relationship between law and morality in the field of marriage and family, the comparison between Vietnam and Korea that the author has studied and expressed in this thesis, there are many issues of legal and moral relationships that need to be further studied and clarified. Specifically, there should be more research topics on the legal and moral issues in the field of marriage and family in each locality of Vietnam and Korea, studying the realities and particularities of each regions, from which to propose solutions to apply law and morality suitable and effective for such region. The relationship between law and morality can be extended to other fields such as criminal, administrative, commercial and labor...
