11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- In terms of theory, the thesis has analyzed the overview of domestic and foreign research works to point out the problems of high-tech agricultural enterprises, technological development steps, technology origin, process processes and activities for input as technology (R&D stage) have not received much attention; The link between R&D and production activities under the approach of high-tech agricultural enterprises (R&D) is hardly mentioned in the studies. The author also synthesized and analyzed the concepts related to the research content and provided criteria for evaluating the relationship between R&D and production, including: Enterprise's ability to spend on R&D, Capacity development of R&D human resources, State of production technology of enterprises, Associate partners to carry out R&D and Quality of manufactured goods of enterprises. Operational results of high-tech agricultural enterprises are measured through the following criteria: financial results and results on branding and reputation of the enterprise.

- In practice, through primary data collected from 46 high-tech agricultural enterprises (of which 30 are recognized as high-tech agricultural enterprises), in-depth interviews and secondary data sources On the other hand, the author analyzed the performance results of high-tech agricultural enterprises. These analyzes have shown that the performance of high-tech agricultural enterprises is relatively good compared to the industry, however, in terms of individual factors, it is still low. In terms of the relationship between R&D and production, it can be seen that this relationship in high-tech agricultural enterprises is still quite weak and has not been paid much attention by enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the current situation and context, the author proposes a new model to promote the relationship between R&D and production in order to improve the performance of high-tech agricultural enterprises. To promote the relationship between R&D and production, the author offers 07 groups of solutions and orientations and recommendations for State management agencies and high-tech agricultural enterprises.
12. Practical applicability, if any:

At the same time, the thesis can be used as training materials for Science and Technology Management. In addition, this can also be a basis for evaluating and summarizing the results of the implementation of State policies related to the development of high-tech agriculture as well as proposing and perfecting policies to promote agriculture. high technology in Vietnam in the near future.

13. Further research directions, if any:

Implement further studies on the impact of R&D and production with other factors of high-tech agricultural enterprises such as integration capacity, socio-economic contribution capacity or cooperation,.. Or conduct studies on experimental implementation and evaluate the results of the proposed new linkage model to consider the effectiveness as well as feasibility and sustainability of this model.
