In the morning of November 4th, 2019, VNU SIS is honored to welcome the delegation of the lecturers and graduate students from Moratuwa University, Sri Lanka to attend the class “Software project and Quality Management” held by VNU SIS in cooperation with TASS Co. Ltd. The class is run by Dr. Nguyen Duy Tai.
Before the class begin, Dr. Do Huy Thuong – Deputy Head of Dept. of Science and Cooperation delivers a speech to welcome more than 20 lecturers and students from Moratuwa University and briefly introduces about VNU SIS as one of the five affiliated schools under VNU. VNU SIS is conducting the interdisciplinary programs and researches.
After that, the representative from Moratuwa University introduces about the university – one of the key universities Sri Lanka, including 3 faculties of Architecture, Engineering and Information Technology with 19 departments. At present, the university is conducting 11 bachelor degree programs and 56 graduate programs
The class started with the guidance of Dr. Nguyen Duy Tai on the concepts of software project and quality management, including software projects, software project managements, etc. Then, the lesson takes place vigorously with specific examples of software project management and quality management in practice, especially in the context of Vietnam. During the lesson, the students and lecturers interact positively through sharing the real experience in the actual situation at businesses in Sri Lanka and in Vietnam.
The lesson ends in a cozy atmosphere and offers a promising futures for the cooperation between Moratuwa University and VNU School of Interdisciplinary Studies.
