Attending the Ceremony were VNU Vice President - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Bao Son; representatives of VNU functional departments; representatives of HELP University, Keuka College, University of East London, and Troy University, together with VNU-IS staffs, lecturers, new graduates and their loved ones.

There were 414 new graduates from the following programs: Executive Master of Business Administration,  in collaboration with Lunghwa University of Science and Technology (Taiwan); Bachelor of Business (Accounting) (Honours), in collaboration with HELP University (Malaysia); Bachelor of Science in Management, in collaboration with Keuka College (USA); Bachelor of International Business; Bachelor of Accounting, Analyzing and Auditing; Bachelor of Management Information System with degrees awarded by VNU. This Graduation Ceremony marked a prominent milestone to the graduates of Management Information System program as the first graduated cohort of the program.

Opening speech by VNU-IS Dean.

According to VNU-IS Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Trung Thanh, the achievements of 414 new graduates had partly contributed to nearly 20 years of the development of VNU-IS.

For years, VNU-IS has produced thousands of highly-qualified human resources meeting international standards, contributing to the socio-economic development of Vietnam.

“I hope all of the graduates, regardless of their position, will dedicate themselves to their families and the community thus enhance the reputation of VNU-IS with admiration and affection. Make us proud of you”, said by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Trung Thanh.

VNU-IS and its partner universities look forward to the graduates’ success.

Representatives of partner universities and VNU-IS lecturers also gave their best wishes to the new graduates and believe in their future success as they head towards the goals to contribute to the community and attain critical achievements.

Ms. Hoang Dieu Linh, the Best 2019 graduate shared her thoughts at the Ceremony.

The Ceremony made an unforgettable impression on the new graduates and marked the start of a new chapter in their life. Ms. Hoang Dieu Linh, the Best 2019 graduate, shared her true feelings: “Though 4 years are not a long time, it is enough for each of us to grow more mature, acknowledge our position and desires, and make choices for our future. Time and tide wait for no man. Our youth stayed with the lecture halls at VNU-IS, with our beloved friends and lecturers. I believe that though each of us has unique identities and brings unique experiences, together we create a colorful picture of VNU-IS. We will always be proud to present ourselves an ISer”, Ms. Hoang Dieu Linh expressed.

VNU-IS honored the best graduates.

Many other graduates shared similar thoughts with Ms. Hoang Dieu Linh. “As for me, the first steps are always important to our later development.  As such, I am grateful to be a part of VNU-IS to learn good things and hope that I will make my lecturers proud in the future”, said by a graduate.

After 4 years of clinging to diligence and hard work, all graduates had reaped their first reward. We do hope that all the graduates will have a future full of passion and have the courage to pursue their dreams.
