On January 9th, 2021, the 15th Congress of ULIS Students’ Association, term 2020-2023 took place solemnly.
The congress is to focus on evaluating the Association’s work and ULIS student movement in the tenure 2018 – 2020; acknowledging achieved results, looking at the shortcomings and limitations; finding out the causes and lessons; being aware of the new requirements; proposing directions, tasks, goals and action plans in the tenure 2020-2023; electing the Executive Board of the Students’ Association for the tenure 2020-2023.
In the academic year 2017 – 2018, 2018 – 2019 and 2019 – 2020, the Students’ Association was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Central Vietnam Students’ Association for its excellent achievements. In the academic year 2019 – 2020, the Students’ Union was one of VNU leading units in Association and Students’ movement work, receiving the honorable flag from the Vietnam Central Students’ Association.
On behalf of the Secretariat of the VNU Students’ Association, Mr. Hua Thanh Hoa acknowledged the dedication of ULIS Students’ Association on the overall achievements of VNU.
On behalf of ULIS Party Committee and Govering Board, President Do Tuan Minh praised the achievements and development of ULIS Students’ Association in the past tenure.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 15th tenure consisting of 21 members.
The Congress passed a resolution calling on all members and students to work hard, study in order to achieve the goals set out by the Congress.
