Attending the ceremony, there was Ms. Dang Phuong Lan - Commercial, Economic and Educational Advisor of the Embassy of Sweden in Vietnam. From the UEB, there were Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Truc Le - Rector, Assoc.Prof.PhD. Le Trung Thanh - Head of Office of Academic Affairs, Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Viet Khoi - Director of Center for International Training and Education, MSC. Nguyen Duc Lam - Deputy Head Office of Research and Partnership Development.

At the ceremony, Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Truc Le congratulated the fresh graduates: “After studying at the UEB, I hope that the knowledge you have gained will be applied in practice and contribute to improve the quality of the public management system in Vietnam.”

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Dang Phuong Lan from the Embassy of Sweden in Vietnam, affirmed: "We highly value the joint training programs as well as the international cooperation between Vietnam and Sweden. The program's success has always been recognized and supported by the Embassy. Through the program, we the Sweden are proud that we have contribute to improve the quality of human resources in Vietnam".

Ms. Dang Phuong Lan highly appreciated the cooperation between the two leading universities of the two countries. The Public Management Program in Sweden is a key training program, opened in some prestigious universities. In Vietnam, the program is only opened at UEB and gained remarkable success with nearly 400 former students.

 After that, Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Truc Le and Ms. Dang Phuong Lan came to the podium and awards graduation certificates to 11 fresh graduates. This is a solemn and sacred moment for everyone.

On behalf of the graduates, Mr. Nguyen Huy Toan said emotionally: "It feels like we’ve just completed the admission procedure yesterday.  It is a memorable journey - a journey on the path of knowledge. On behalf of the fresh graduates with master’s degree, I would like to express my deepest thanks to the leaders of Uppsala School and UEB for providing us with such comprehensive knowledge and incredible experiences. Many of us will pursue the PhD and will return to the school one day".

The UEB in cooperation with Uppsala University, Sweden announces admission to the Master Program of Public Management (MPPM) Intake 3, 2020-2022 course.
