Specifically, the two sides will cooperate to promote training and human resource development in the fields of VNU’s strength, including digital transformation, specific technology access, new technology, finance and banking, business administration, marketing, communication, information technology, etc.
In addition, VNU and Gamuda Vietnam will collaborate to carry out scientific research and technology transfer as well as promote international cooperation in the fields of: Natural and environmental protection, Waste treatment, Social sciences and humanities; Smart city, Digital technology, Innovation and creativity.
Annually, Gamuda Land Vietnam will provide scholarships for VNU’s students and support young talents. Also, the company will provide a number of awards for VNU’s scientific research, entrepreneurship and innovation activities as well as sponsor a number of laboratories located at VNU for bilateral scientific research and developing research products for Gamuda Land Vietnam.
Regarding corporate social responsibility, Gamuda Land Vietnam will partly support the development of VNU’s public parks and shade trees system in Hoa Lac.
Addressing the signing ceremony, VNU Vice President Pham Bao Son said that the cooperation between VNU and Gamuda Land Vietnam is a vivid symbol of the partnership between universities and businesses in order to link training activities with the labour market; promote scientific research and transfer of products made to enterprises’ orders; and serve the socio-economic development of the country. He expected that this cooperation would open up more development opportunities in ecological governance, science and technology, and environmental protection for both sides.
