With 5 modules and 10 topics, the campers had the opportunity to exchange with experts, participated in group discussion activities, practiced doing exercises to support skill development as well as experienced the process of teamwork project completion. The campers participated in topics on: "Identifying problems of community development", "Skills for writing proposals and presenting ideas for community projects", "Project finance planning and skills to apply for project funding".

In addition, the campers participated in seminars on supplementing personal skills, namely: Planning skill, Decision making skill; "Teamwork skill - Activating creative energy of leaders", "Presentation skills" and notes on community project communication, etc.
The groups presented and defended their projects in front of a jury comprising leaders and experts with extensive experience in managing and participating in project defense councils. In addition to learning, absorbing knowledge and practicing in classes, the campers of VNU Leaders Summer Camp 2023 had the opportunity to experience the extra-curricular activity "Electronic shooting practice" at VNU National Defense and Security Training Centre.

In order to provide practical experiences for students, the campers of VNU Leaders Summer Camp had the opportunity to visit Dabaco Vietnam's headquarters and factories. Also, within the framework of the practical experience day in Bac Ninh, the campers exchanged and shared with Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Student Association; Prof. Dr. Le Quan - Secretary of VNU Party Committee, VNU President; and Dr. Trinh Thi Thuy Giang - Deputy Director of the Institute for Advanced Mathematics Studies on the topic of how to become a great leader.
Through the meaningful and practical activities of VNU Leaders Summer Camp, the campers are expected to gain a lot of valuable knowledge, skills and experiences, be more confident and courageous to realize their dream of becoming a future leader. VNU also hopes that the campers will be the inspirational factor for youth activities and movements, and bring the good values of VNU to the community and society.
