The ceremony opened with an overview of Navigos Group Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Japan University. Representatives of both sides, Ms Ngo Thi Ngoc Lan, Regional Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Giang, Associate Director, Navigos Group Vietnam, and Prof. Dr. Furuta Motoo, Rector of VNU Vietnam Japan University, gave a sharing speech and decided to jointly sign a memorandum of cooperation under the witness of representatives of both sides.
The memorandum of understanding marked the beginning of a comprehensive cooperation relationship in aspects such as bridging generations of Students and Businesses in sharing suitable job opportunities, building a community of alumni to help businesses reach and share information with relevant audiences, as well as supporting vital events such as job fairs, exchange seminars.
Navigos Group is the leading player in the recruitment industry in Vietnam. The group is comprised of www.VietnamWorks.com, an online recruitment portal and Navigos Search, an executive search firm. The consistent growth of Navigos Group – then a local Vietnamese company, accelerated in 2013 when Navigos Group was acquired by en-Japan, one of the leading recruitment firms in the region.
