This was an event in the series of activities to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Government's promulgation of the Decree on VNU’s establishment (10/12/1993 - 10/12/2023).
The conference is held annually within the framework of the coordination programme between the above-named institutions to share information about outstanding achievements and research and training products, as well as discuss current policies and problems in science, technology and innovation activities. The conference is also a forum for proposing mechanisms and solutions to enhance coordination in implementing national programmes and promoting links between the country’s leading research and training institutions to join forces for solving major national issues.
At the conference, the delegates exchanged and discussed solutions to implement science and technology strategies and policies to create a favourable environment for science research activities and technology development as well as to contribute ideas for improving the law on science, technology and innovation.
