In particular, Hoang Khanh Huyen and Trinh Hoang Hai in the subject of sports dance were recruited using the selection method based on the evaluation of records and interviews for level 1 athletes, grandmasters and athletes.

At the opening ceremony, the athlete Quach Thi Lan announced that she and her family are very proud to be a new student at the best university in Vietnam. “The next four years will be a challenging time to overcome and it will definitely be four memorable years that will give us many foundations for our future,” said Lan.

Quach Thi Lan and Quang Hai players also received scholarships from the school for their excellence and early registration. The athlete thanked her when the University of Economics and the General Institute for Gymnastics and Sport worked together to implement this program and helped the athletes to integrate after leaving the examination room and to look for suitable work opportunities.

Associate Professor Nguyen Truc Le, Rector of the University of Economics, stressed that choosing the path in sports has been difficult and that the decision to maintain knowledge in business is just as difficult, especially when talented athletes are still playing.

Mr. Tran Duc Phan, deputy director of the General Department of Gymnastics and Sport, wished the faculty of the University of Economics to create conditions for athletes to complete the study program, participate in competitions, and contribute successes for the nation.
